The forest management program has also continued to create excellent feed and cover for wildlife and is a sanctuary for the deer and turkey.
Pigeon Hill State Forest is 736 acres and is within walking distance (across the road!) and thousands of acres of additional NYS public lands are within a short drive.
The Seller is reserving the subsurface rights only to oil & gas. This means that an oil or gas well cannot be drilled on the property, nor any pipelines or other equipment placed on the property at any time so there can never be any disturbance of the surface of this property.
