An established right-of-way leads off Dennison Road and provides access to the secluded wood lot. The timberland consists primarily of mixed hardwoods with some areas of Hemlock. The land varies from low flat areas along the stream to the steeper hillside which includes existing trails for hiking or riding. There is plenty of wildlife in the area including deer, turkey, and bear. Located in NYS DEC's Wildlife Management Unit 8X the odds are high for a Doe Permit and the property is less than 2 miles from Greenwood State Forest.
