Lands of America data lists $688 million in land, homesites and other rural acreage for sale for sale in the Empire State. This represents 135,515 acres of New York land for sale. The most expensive property listed for sale on Lands of America recently was $10 million, though the median price for land for sale in New York was $320,993. The average price of farms, ranches and other land for sale in New York was $390,032. There was 1,387 acres of sold land in New York recorded last month through the Lands of America sales program. This reflects a 14 percent increase in sales activity over the previous month. The total value of this sold land and rural real estate was $4.8 million.
